What we collect and why

We collect the contact details, job specifications and artwork you submit to assess the job, prepare a quote and communicate with you. Sending a request does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

How requests reach us

Quote details are saved in our hosted storage and viewed by our authorized print team in a private lead dashboard for quoting and follow-up. Quote notifications are handled by Formspree. Uploaded artwork is stored using our website’s hosted file storage and shared with the print team through hard-to-guess private download links. Anyone you share a link with can download that file. Download links expire after 90 days. Do not include sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your print job.

Contact print@pm-ink.com about your submitted details or artwork, or to request removal. Include the quote reference or the email address used for your request.
